Exchange Policy:
Our dresses fall into two categories: customized dresses and ready-to-wear dresses. Customized dresses mean that we tailor the wedding/bridal/designer dress, especially for you! So the return and exchange of dresses are not possible. Ready-to-wear dresses mean that the dresses are already available in limited sizes so the exchange of those dresses is possible if we have sent you the wrong size/item.
Return Policy:
The dresses we make are made by our designers who have more than 20 years of experience. We follow the precise measurement details you give us as well as all the extra Dress alteration requirements. We also leave a few extra inches of the fabric in the seams part of the dress in case you gain/lose a few extra pounds.
No money for the returned product will be refunded, however, a credit note will be generated for the value of returned goods.
In case of receiving a damaged item due to shipping:
All products are bespoke and made-to-measure. Returns are not applicable unless the product has been received defective (torn etc)
