Delivery and shipping charges

Enter your delivery details at checkout to see the shipping charge and order total before placing your order. Please provide a complete address, PIN code and a phone number where you can be reached.

Ready-to-wear and made-to-order pieces

Preparation time varies by garment. Customised and made-to-order pieces need time for tailoring before dispatch. Please contact us before ordering if you need an outfit for a particular event or date, or if your delivery destination is not supported at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery updates

You can check your order through our order lookup page. Contact us with your order number for dispatch, tracking or delivery assistance. Delivery estimates can be affected by tailoring requirements, courier availability and local disruptions.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact us as soon as possible if your address needs correcting. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and photographs. See our Returns & Refunds policy for the applicable process.
